Parcels are sent by Australia Post and you can choose standard or express post. We use compostable boxes and fillings and any plastic containers used are recyclable.
Local customers can call select the pick up option
and call in for their parcels.
Please be aware that due to ongoing COVID issues,
Australia Post is subject to delays.
If the product you purchased is defective in any way, please let us know as soon as possible and will organise a return with you and a replacement or refund.
If you wish to exchange an item, we will do our best to facilitate
this if we have an alternative in stock.
